Since customs policies vary significantly from one country to another, we advise the Client to contact the corresponding customs office for information on this.
prosillas.eu is not responsible for customs retentions. In the event that the Client refuses to pay the corresponding taxes, the merchandise will be retained in its respective customs office.
prosillas.eu will check the adequacy of the returned Product in its warehouse, reserving the right not to make a refund if it detects that the Product purchased is not received in perfect condition. In the event that it is not received in its original packaging, this will mean a decrease in the value of the product.
prosillas.eu will manage the return of the price and shipping costs through the same payment system used by the Client for the acquisition of the Products. Any additional cost of standard shipping costs, such as express, priority or courier service, will not be refunded. Payments will be made in EUROS.
1.11. Communications between the Parties – Customer Service.

1.12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions, as well as the Particular Conditions that, where appropriate, are established, will be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish law. In case of controversy, it will be corrected before the competent courts.
The guarantee of the products sold by prosillas.euse is provided and established by virtue of the regulations contained in the current legislation, in particular, in the aforementioned R.D. 1/2007, article 114 et seq., legal framework that aims to provide the consumer with different options to demand remediation when the good acquired is not in accordance with the contract, giving him the option of demanding the repair or replacement of the good, unless one of these is impossible or disproportionate. When the repair or replacement is not possible or is disproportionate, the consumer may demand a price reduction or termination of the contract.
